{"id":24848,"date":"2024-01-12T12:40:30","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T15:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arquivo.pedroleopoldo.mg.gov.br\/?p=24848"},"modified":"2024-01-12T12:40:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T15:40:32","slug":"regularizacao-do-bairro-teotonio-batista-de-freitas-segue-a-todo-vapor-no-programa-realizado-pela-prefeitura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arquivo.pedroleopoldo.mg.gov.br\/?p=24848","title":{"rendered":"Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do Bairro Teot\u00f4nio Batista de Freitas segue a todo vapor no programa realizado pela Prefeitura"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Prefeitura de Pedro Leopoldo, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento Urbano, segue a todo vapor com a Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria Urbana, a REURB, de cerca de 3 mil im\u00f3veis localizados no bairro Teot\u00f4nio Batista de Freitas, incluindo \u00e1reas pr\u00f3ximas, como a Cascalheira e a \u00c1rea Verde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come\u00e7ou no dia 08\/01 e vai at\u00e9 o dia 27\/01, o plant\u00e3o de atendimento em novas \u00e1reas da regi\u00e3o contemplada. Os atendimentos acontecem no CRAS Norte, localizado ao lado da Escola Municipal Dona Carmem Barroso, no hor\u00e1rio de 8h \u00e0s 18h, de segunda a sexta, e de 8h \u00e0s 12h, aos s\u00e1bados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o serve para compatibilizar o registro de im\u00f3veis com a realidade. O produto final do programa \u00e9 um direito real registrado no cart\u00f3rio de im\u00f3veis, garantindo direitos e seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para o morador. \u201c\u00c9 um trabalho muito importante. As pessoas se tornam mais aptas, t\u00eam os direitos b\u00e1sicos garantidos e a liberdade para o gerenciamento futuro destes espa\u00e7os como, por exemplo, testamento em heran\u00e7as, compra e venda e uma s\u00e9rie de benef\u00edcios. Temos orgulho de poder proporcionar mais esta conquista para nossa gente\u201d, destacou a Prefeita Eloisa Helena.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento Urbano, os trabalhos da REURB possuem algumas etapas. A primeira, que \u00e9 a de engenharia, come\u00e7ou em agosto de 2023, com o reconhecimento a\u00e9reo das regi\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o contempladas. Em seguida, aconteceu a audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica e agora o cadastro social, sendo feita ainda uma pesquisa de lote a lote, para ent\u00e3o, serem feitas as entregas dos t\u00edtulos.
